Racing Biography
Harvey’s motorsport journey began at just 9 years old, competing in junior club “arrive and drive” karting leagues across Sussex and Kent. With championship titles at every circuit, it quickly became clear that Harvey had natural talent behind the wheel. The next step was inevitable: a move into owner-driver karting.
In 2017, Harvey entered the Junior Subaru category, where his dedication and skill paid off—he closed out his second season by clinching the championship title at Lydd Race Circuit.
Progressing rapidly through the karting ranks, Harvey stepped up to the highly competitive Junior TKM class in 2019. Racing at top UK circuits including Kimbolton, Rissington, Shenington, Fulbeck, and PFI, he consistently delivered strong performances. His final year in the class saw him finish 8th in the condensed 2020 British Kart Championships.
In his debut season in TKM Extreme, Harvey made an immediate impact. He secured two major victories: a British Kart Championship round win at Whilton Mill and the prestigious “TKM Britain’s Finest” title at Buckmore Park.
Continuing his momentum into 2022, Harvey finished 4th overall in the TKM British Kart Championship, adding two more round victories to his résumé.
2023 was another landmark year. Harvey claimed wins at three TKM British Kart Championship rounds—PFI, Shenington, and his personal favourite, Whilton Mill. Although he was unable to complete the full championship season, he made a lasting impression, also capturing the coveted “O Plate” titles at both Buckmore Park and Whilton Mill, representing national karting excellence in both the British Kart Championship and NKC.
In 2024, supported by main sponsor M2 Computing, Harvey transitioned into the Senior X30 category. Competing in a full season of the British Kart Championships, he finished a respectable 13th in one of the most competitive classes in UK karting.
Harvey is known not only for his sharp racecraft and consistency at the front of the grid, but also for his positive attitude and camaraderie in the paddock. Off the track, he works in sales, enjoys SIM racing, music, and spending time with friends.
As Harvey looks ahead, a new racing support partner is set to join him on the next chapter of his motorsport career.
